At the moment I am reading Twilight by Stephenie Meyer. It is a fantasy book about a girl who moves to a remote village with her dada, she meets some new friends but what she doesn’t know is that they are vampires, throughout the book she finds out more and more about her new friends. This is an action packed book with lots of different adventures through her life. The cover of the book is very simple. The colours on the cover are minimal. The hands are very pale because most of the characters are vampires so that gives you an idea of what the book is about. The bright red apple shows that there will be danger and anger in the book. The black background makes the other colours stand out. The font is easy to read because it stands out and it is easy to read. It is not very big compared to the picture. I am finding this book quite enjoyable because I like this type of book.

Mr Men and Twilight obsession!

When I was little I was encouraged to read by my parents. My parents always brought me new books. My favourite books were Mr Men and some pop up books. I liked the pop up books because they were exciting and I found them better than reading normal books. I used to read each book about twice a week.

Now I do not read a lot because I do not find it exciting anymore, but when I do read I like to read autobiographies and sometimes adventurous books like Twilight and more. My favourite authors are Jacqueline Wilson and Stephenie Meyer. I do not really see the point in reading when you can go outside and get exercise also sometimes the books are made in to films which I enjoy more. But when I find a book that I like I do really enjoy it. If I read I normally read at home in a quiet environment.
